We also want to extend our thanks to the Twilight Race Committee (that's Thursday evenings) for their great job this year! And your award is that you don't need to bring anything to the potluck! (Unless you cook a mean something or other and want to share it with us!)
And we'd like to thank all the Race Committee folks and everyone who keeps this well-oiled fleet going, and going, and going....year after year. There is some amazing dedication by so many of you. Many folks are wearing multiple hats, and we thank you all!
2008 Cooke Out/In
What do Town Class Sailors do when they are given lemons?...They make lemonade (with a little rum mixed in!) The Annual Cooke Out, scheduled on the first day of the annual Marblehead Race Week/ NOOD Regatta, normaly takes place in the spacious back yard of hosts Jim & Jane Cooke. Well this year day one of Race Week was abandoned do to weather and by Cooke Out time it was still pouring outside. So our hosts moved the party in doors and a fine time was had by all!

Relaxing Evening Cocktail Cruise
Monday, August 20th
6-7 p.m.
Take this scenic cruise with onboard bar, and then enjoy dining in one of the fine restaurants in Essex. Adults $18 Children $10. The cost includes the cruise only. Bar and food will be extra.
